It looks as if everything after the "white balance" field is missing, including fields such as "macro mode" "digital zoom", "exposure mode", etc. In the one edited with X2 only 38 fields. In the first two files 65 fields of information are shown. From the Image menu, I choose Image Information and view the EXIF data. As a test I have 3 images, the first, straight from the camera (in this case a Canon Powershot G9) the second edited in Paint Shop Pro X the third in X2. I downloaded and installed the patch from the web site to 12.01 and did an online check for updates, as suggested by Corel support. The release notes mention an issue if RAW files were saved but this seems to occur on any JPEGs from these cameras. This occurs on files from several different Canon cameras (e.g. I was disapointed to find that version X2 loses part of the EXIF data from JPEGs when edited. I have recently upgraded from Paint Shop Pro X to version X2. I haven't been on this forum for some time, so don't know how many people use PSP but would like to find out if anyone else has seen this problem.
